Shipping policy
Earproof ships earplugs to keep your ears happy — sometimes to a festival in Limburg, sometimes to a sleeper in Stockholm. Here's how we get them there.
Processing time
If you place your order before 16:30 CET on a business day, we'll ship it the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched. Festival season (June–September) can occasionally extend these by 1–2 days due to volume.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders are sent via PostNL, DPD or DHL depending on destination.
Pickup at our Rotterdam office
You can also pick up your order in person at our Rotterdam office, free of charge. Choose "Pickup in Rotterdam" at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready (usually same day).
International shipping & customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union (UK, USA, Switzerland, rest of world), customs duties and import VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every package at its actual value to comply with customs laws.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, email us at info@earproof.com within 14 days of expected delivery. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package or send a replacement.
