De sleeves zijn top. We gebruiken de slaap oordoppen al jaren en de filters blijven goed. De sleeves moet je soms wel vervangen, dus fijn dat ze los te koop zijn.

Wat me tegenvalt zijn de verzendkosten (6,95 terwijl dit prima in een envelop kan) en dat de bestelling pas 5 of 6 dagen later verstuurd wordt. We hebben ze ruim een week na bestelling pas ontvangen. Vandaar drie sterren.

beste Paula, dank voor je review. de week van bestellen was een lastige week om te versturen. de eerste week waren we nog gesloten in verband met balans maken en het jaar afsluiten en daarnaast was het weer super slecht & de post service niet optimaal. ik begrijp goed dat je daarom een lagere waardering geeft, soms lopen dingen niet zoals ze moeten. met vriendelijke groeten, peter

What's your shipping policy?

Free shipping on EU orders from €30 (NL from €15). Pickup in Rotterdam is possible, but on appointment only.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for our earplugs. If the earplugs are unused and in their original condition, you are eligible for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Once we confirm that the earplugs are unworn, we will process your refund.
