Thanks for sharing your review, and sorry to hear it wasn't a good experience. As we explained, a remake is made by the lab in exactly the same way as the original set, so we hope this pair fits well and protects your ears properly.
It's a shame things went wrong with your sets. We'd like to make this right, and will compensate this with a new order in the future.

Dit is mijn 3e set in zo'n 12 jaar tijd. Een blije terugkeereden klant dus.
Hoewel ik de op maat gemaakte muziek doppen dus goed ken, was het een hele ervaring het nieuwe setje op een festival voor elektronische muziek uit te proberen. Ik stond versteld van hoe waanzinnig zuiver het geluid wordt gefilterd. Je verliest absoluut niets van de klank kwaliteit, alleen is het dus een stuk zachter. Het geroezemoes van pratende mensen valt compleet weg waardoor je nog beter kunt genieten van de muziek. Mensen dichtbij daarentgen zijn goed te verstaan en je kunt prima een gesprek voeren zonder te hoeven schreeuwen. Ik ben onder de indruk en wil nooit meer anders!

Precies dat effect - de muziek helder en vol houden, terwijl het geroezemoes wegvalt - is waar we voor gaan, en het is mooi om te horen dat het op een festival voor elektronische muziek zo goed uitpakt.

Wat een fijne review, dank je wel! Precies wat we willen horen — geweldig geluid én comfortabel in het oor. Dat is precies het verschil met standaard oordopjes: geen muffled sound, geen verlies van dynamiek, gewoon de muziek zoals die bedoeld is — maar dan op een veilig niveau.

Fijn dat je dat verschil ervaart. En als je vrienden ook van muziek houden — tip ze gerust! Want oren zijn kwetsbaar — eenmaal beschadigd is dat blijvend. Earproof oordoppen beschermen niet alleen goed, ze verbeteren ook de geluidsbeleving.

Once you tried Earproof's custom earplugs, you never want to go out without them anymore. They let you enjoy concerts and festivals without a decrease of sound quality or comfort. Because the possibility to change the filters, I also wear them when I have to perform as a DJ. In my opinion it even let's me concentrate better on the music, without ear fatigue. And it's easier to understand conversations as well. I'm a happy customer now for about 20 years, and always nice to visit Earproof again!

Oferecemos uma política de devolução de 30 dias para os nossos tampões. Se os tampões estiverem por usar e em condição original, tens direito a reembolso total.

Para iniciar uma devolução, contacta o nosso apoio ao cliente em 30 dias após a receção da encomenda. Assim que confirmarmos que os tampões não foram usados, processamos o reembolso.
